Terhi: [So much packing..]
on Sep 22, 2006 1:53 PM
Hey!
I have so much to tell you about, that I do not even know where to begin..!! Okey..
So, what kind of a training programme it is? It is nice to know that you are going to answer all my e-mails. I will keep sending them to you! But I will not send them everyday so that you don´t have too many e-mails!!
I´m not in any school at the moment.. because I have not still got in anywhere. Recently I have been very busy packing my things.. because we are moving, as I already told you. It is a bit sad, because this has always been my home..
I have told about you to my sister Tiina, and she visited your webpages. You may have noticed that she wrote into your guestbook!
I was surprised when I checked the average temperature in Hyderabad from my book which tells about India.. I did not remember that it is so warm there.. According to that book there is from 28 to 39 degrees Celsius throughout the year! (82-102 Fahrenheit) Did you know that here in Finland we have about minus 10 to 20 degrees Celcius ?(-2-14 Fahrenheit)
So, what kind of clothes do you wear? I like to stand out from the crowd.. My style is very girly and a bit boheem.. and colorful. What do you think that girls should wear..?
Mikko always says that I ask too many questions..I Hope you do not think so.. and I hope that I do not ask you anything inapropriate.. that is not my intention.
Have I told you that I have a pet snake? It is a cornsnake, she is really beautiful! She is red and orange and her name is Pepe. What do you think about snakes?
Bye for now, my friend!

Hello Terhi!!!
How are you doing??? Is all the packing over??? And what about painting
your room??? I hope you have a bright coulour in your room. I guess you
moved to Nokia from Tempere. Ya, its certainly sad leave our own home and
to move to a new place. As we miss so many things which we cant take away
with us to our new home. You know since my birth we changed three house
but we are at the same location, in the same colony and in the same
street. And that shifting is not that much sad as you might be facing now.
Ok, smile a while… when you get a chance to revisit that old home you
will definitely be happy to retrace all the old memories.
Ofcourse I saw your Sister's comment in my guestbook., Thats cool……..
For you the temperature here may be only warm but for us its "HOT" . But
what can we do. Thats nature and we are accostumed to it. So no complaints
on temperature and weather. But I love to live in a cold place like yours
and like that in Kashmir which also shows Negative temperature.
I wear cotton Jeans and T- Shirts and ofcourse when I am out for a party I
love to be simple and different. When I attend Official meetings I wear
bright coloured suits.
Standing out from the crowd…. thats cool…. I appreciate that nature of
yours… very girly and colourful.
What  do you think that girls should wear..? Hey that question makes me
silent for a while.  As a saying goes one can understand a person better
only by  knowing  the heart and not by seeing the makeups and decorations.
That may be a silly answer to your question. But for me a girl looks
beautiful and bright in any kind of dress she may wear. I hope you
understand what I mean to say.
But I hate seeing at nude and naked pictures. That makes me very sad and
angry. I want to see a woman as a woman and not as a  playing doll for
man……
Ok, leave this topic…
Too many questions….. there are not many here from your side….. Isnt
it? Ya, I know your pepe. She has nice colours Orange and red??? Is there
any picture of her on net??? I would like to see it. How do you feed it?
Ok, bye for now…..
Terhi, I will be back soon to reply you……………/

Terhi: [Moi!]
On Sep 18, 2006 11:45 AM
Hello!
Moi is Finnish and it means "hello"!
Yes, I watch Bollywood Movies every time they show them here in Finland!
Impressing that you can speak so many languages. I am not so good at learning new languages, and I can speak only finnish and english. It would be nice to learn Hindi. I can only say "Namaste"..
I am sorry that I used abbreviations. Doesn´t means Does not, That´s means That is and Isn´t means Is not.
Yea, I visited your webpage, and I tried to send you a message, but for some reason it didin´t (Did not) work out! But now I have written in your guesbook, as you noticed.
Yes, I do have a messenger, msn. My messenger addres is the same as my e-mail addres. It would be really fun to talk with you through the messenger!
What kind of music do you listen? I like rock music, like Alice Cooper and Hanoi Rocks. I also listen to country music and some Indian (bollywood) music!
By the way, I collect elephant statues/ figures. I guess there arr lot of elephants statues in India.. Are there lot of elephants in Hyderabad? have you rode with elephants? The are no elephants in Finland..
Have you been to Fort Colconda? I have read about it, and It seems like an interesting place!
Why did you write Meeko insted of Mikko? Does that mean something? And you wrote Tehri, while my name is Terhi.. is that only a spelling mistake?
Of course i will understand if you are busy getting prepared to your exams. Good luck by the way!
It is good to know that you will always be my friend! That makes me really happy!
have a nice day!

Moi!
Its great that you watch Bollywood movies. Nice to here
that. But you know in my area we get only Indain movies and mostly hindi and telugu. As Hindi is our national language and Telugu being our regional language. Ofcourse english movies are normal everywhere.
Hey, do you wanna learn hindi? then you should come to India. As its not that easy to learn an Indian language. Because it needs some basics and lot of patience. We learn so many foriegn languages because there will be some english touch in them and we can speak and understand english better.
Now I can understand your abbreviations. But I never saw such abbreviatons before.
Yes I saw your message in my guestbook and also your sister's message. So you both liked it. I am very happy for that.
Yes, we chatted with each other on MSN. I hope you remember that.
I enjoy music and type doesnt matter for me. I just like to listen any
kind of music.
Elephant-
a wonderful creature. Here we have Zoo Park where I rode an elephant once. But you know there are no Forests in Hyderabad. So riding an elephant is not a regular feature here. And all wild animals come under animal reserve department. Nobody is allowed to domesticate any wild animals. So here only cats and dogs can be seen as pets.
By the way did you here the word Ganesa or Vinayaka. Infact Ganesa or Ganesh is one of the important Hindu Gods. He has an elephant face and there is a big story on how he got it. So in India elephants are holy creatures.
Yes Golconda,  its in our own Hyderabad. I visited it a number of times. its a Big fort and worth seeing site.
Sorry
buddy, you can take it as a spelling mistake. Now I got the names
right. You are "Terhi" and your Boy friend is "Meeko" and your sister is
"Tiina".
I hope thats fine. By the way howz your pet snake. I
never touched a snake …. Infact snakes are also preached as gods here.
But it is very rare to see snakes outside. And for that we should visit
only a Zoo.
Ok, my exams begin from 10th Oct 2006. I may be a bit busy. I hope you
will excuse me if you get a late reply….
ok, bye……………../
Take care…………../
Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.

My name doesn´t mean anything but it comes from Kalevala which is a national epic in Finland.
Last year I finished high school. I would like to become a graphic designer, hopefully, if I can get into a good school.
Finland is a really beautiful country, We have lots of forests and lakes everywhere. And we have four seasons! Winter is really cold.. There are 5 million people here in Finland, (that´s the same amount as in the capital of India).
My family isn´t rich but we get by.I have two sisters:Tiina is 19 and Katja is 31 and she has three kids, and I´m their aunt! My boyfriend is called Mikko and he´s almost 21. Mikkos brother is married to Katja and that´s why I´ve known him since we were kids. We have been dating for three years. We aren´t yet living together. Mikko is a car mechanic. He just finished school and he´s got a job.
I live with my family and infact we´re about to move to a new house, although the house isn´t new…I´ve never moved before but I´m really excited because I will get my own room.
I like watching Bollywood movies. But they are rarely shown in Finland. Have you seen Lagaan? I think it was funny,I really liked it!
Tell me what you look like! You can also send me your picture! I´m quite short and my hair is curly and red.
I can easily understand English but it´s more difficult to produce it. What is your native language? My sister Tiina helped me to write this message so this should be more understandable now!
Hope to hear from you soon!

Success In 8 Words

Success In 8 Words

Passion (do it for love, not money)

You must be passionate about what you do. It is the passion that will make you shine brightly and attract success towards you. Money should never be the driving factor, if you are doing what you are doing for money then you are heading down the wrong road. Successful people would pay to do what they do! Ironically when you do what you love the money will follow.

Work

It is a myth that people are born lucky or just fall into the right places. It is hard work that separates the exceptional from the average. Luck for the most part is created through continuous effort, it’s all work. This is why passion and love are so important, they provide the motivation to do the work.

Good

Become good at what you do. Work hard and become an expert or master in your chosen field. Practice, practice, practice. Become the best.

Focus

Know what you want, know why you want it and keep focused on it.

Push

Push yourself, physically, mentally, emotionally and any other way you can think of. You have to push, push, push. Continuous effort and determination is essential. You have to push through shyness and self doubt and overcome obstacles regardless of how big they seem.

Serve

You become successful by creating a necessary service, you can only do this by serving others. The more you serve, the more valuable you become. If you wish to become wealthy you must serve others with something of value.

Ideas

You must come up with ideas to solve problems. To do this you must listen, observe and ask questions. It is often said that it takes money to make money, this in my opinion is not entirely true, it takes creativity to make money. Ideas are valuable.

Persist

Persistence is most certainly needed, you will suffer disappointment, setbacks and rejection, you must persist through all of this. It is the same for everybody, those who succeed are ultimately those who can pick themselves up the most times.I hope you find this useful and as always, best of luck.
